downloadable notes and online learning content.
Due to the nature of digital products, once the payment is successfully
completed and access to the content is provided, no refunds or
cancellations will be applicable.
In case a payment is deducted but the digital content is not delivered
or accessible due to a technical issue from our side, the issue will be
verified and the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
